Richard has been more than helpful in helping me decide on which Tumi set I should purchase based on my travel plans and use. I ended up with the 19 Degree silver aluminum extended trip 30" Check-in and the 19 Degree International Carry-on set that completes the look with my Tumi Vicenzo and 19 Degree aluminum Compact Brief. Love it all and Richard's professionalism along with the whole team's is why I will only go here for my luggage and travel accessories needs.

Penny did an outstanding job helping me to make a decision. As a road warrior, I was looking for the carry on that gives me the most volume with solid build quality and a great warranty.
